One of the most used features in a Timed Designs web site is the Contact Us Email system.
For clients that have more than one person to contact, the Staff Directory is used first.
End-users select the staff member they need to contact, then proceed to the entry form. |

All information is contained in a database for easy retrieval. |
When an customer has sent a email from the Contact Us Email (CUE) system,
we notify the client by email that they have CUE correspondence and
provide a link to the administrative area of the site to manage the CUE. |
Administration features include Reply To email messages, uploading extended
correspondence with PDF files, Historical archival of CUE messages, and more. |
