I have known Jim Merriman for over 10 years, and I can tell you that the service and experience he has acquired over the years has been invaluable with helping me and the 3 projects we have work together on.

One project required I have some artwork and catalog pages designed and printed. In less than 2 days, we had: Business cards, Order forms, Catalog information and Pictures.

Acquired the domain names I wanted and registered them.

Help me layout the product items numbers so that the items could be tracked and sold online. This saved untold man hours as we were building the sites.

Help me design and package the items with my name on them and get them ready for two big presentations 3 days away. I got to tell you these items came out like the factory did it themselves. They were gorgeous!

I could go on, but in a nutshell this is what matter the most. Jim always sits down and listens on what I am trying to do. We figure out a budget we both can work with and we get it done. One time we had agreed on a project and by the time I got home, he had something’s on the internet and up and running. E mail address, phone information, ECT it was amazing.

My professional relationship with Jim Merriman began in August 1999, with Jim's Consultation, Domain Registration, Website Design and Hosting Services. My decision followed my interview of four other firms that provided, what I thought were similar services.

The uniqueness of the intangible services that FCC offers, provided a challenge for each of the firms I interviewed. Even though the proposed scope of my project was identically provided to each of the five firms (including TDI), competing proposals submitted, were easily two or three times the cost proposed by Jim. In actuality, the scope of services delivered by Jim exceeded my expectations, at a fee that turned out to be dramatically less than Jim originally proposed.

Since 1999, Jim has provided several "re-designs" of my website, most recently in 2004 January. Jim is immediately responsive to my calls and inquiries, and, takes immediate action to effect both major and minor changes. Jim invoices me fairly, which is always a pleasant surprise in today's business climate. Jim has excellent "listening skills". He actually hears what you say to him and responds accordingly. Jim's creative skills are exceptional, yet he is very open to my ideas. There has not been a challenge that I have given Jim that has not been met or exceeded.

I have referred Jim to a client of mine, Paul Boyko, Jr., Owner of Visions of Canada and Thin Eyeglass Centers of America. Paul told me that he was having a very poor experience with his previous design and hosting firm. Having been taken advantage of by that firm, Paul was reluctant to resurrect his Website Project. However, after meeting with Jim, Paul went forward with the project without any hesitation. Paul has told me on several occasions, that, he is "more than satisfied" with Jim's services, and has thanked me profusely for the recommendation. Paul does not easily give this type of reference.

In closing, Jim's services have been invaluable to the growth of my firm, and I highly recommend Jim's services to any intelligent businessman or woman who has the sincere desire to grow their business, increase their visibility and bolster their credibility.
